We use the 600 or 800um fiber to ablation and coagulation the 2nd degree hemorrhoids directly.
For advanced hemorrhoids of 3rd or 4th degre, we use the Proctology handpiece, insert the fiber into the hemorrhoids to coagulate.
For fistula, we have radially emitting fiber
