Class IV therapy lasers usually diode lasers emitting light in the 790-980 nanometer wavelength range, the longer waveelngths in this spectrum have the deepest tissue penetration and produce excellent photobiomodulation, Class IV therapy lasers currently range in power from as low as 1.1w up to 60w(deep tissue spinal injuries, hip, shoulder and neuropathies your target tissue dose must be higher. Therefore, higher power lasers are optimal in achieving correct therapeutic dosage in minimal time).
